About Tim...

Tim Grondin is currently pursuing a finance degree with an emphasis on real estate investment from The University of Texas at Austin. He has called Austin home for five years. Tim fell in love with the real estate profession when he helped his parents find their dream home at the age of fifteen. He feels there is something uniquely special about matching a client to the property that fulfills his or her desires. In his spare time, he loves to run at Town Lake and check out many of downtown’s famous restaurants and clubs.

Tim loves Downtown Austin and the surrounding areas, and leads an active urban lifestyle. Tim is a member of the Downtown Austin Alliance. He witnessed firsthand how poor planning and urban sprawl can negatively impact a city while living in Dallas. Tim brings a fresh perspective to the real estate industry, and looks forward to providing all his clients with an exceptional level of service.
